About the Role:DUCTZ of South Central PA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Manheim, PA. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in the air quality and comfort of homes and businesses throughout the region. Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial HVAC air duct cleaning using industry-standard equipment
• Inspect, clean, and sanitize ductwork, vents, grilles, and HVAC system components
• Operate negative air machines, rotary brushes, and vacuum equipment safely and effectively
• Identify and communicate potential issues such as mold, damage, or leaks to customers and supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and answering questions on-site
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and service vehicles
• Complete job documentation, checklists, and service reports accurately

Requirements:

• Prior experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, restoration, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a customer-first attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and travel to job sites as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Time commitment of 36 to 40 hours per week
