• Adobe Experience Platform AEP RTCDP Proficiency in configuring and managing the core platform for data ingestion profile unification and segmentation

• Data Modeling Creating and managing XDM schemas and datasets to structure customer data for unified profiles

• Data Ingestion Integration Skills to collect data from various sources using connectors and APIs including streaming ingestion

• ID Management Understanding and configuring ID types identity graphs and merge policies to create a single view of the customer

• Data Governance Implementing data usage policies and managing data to ensure compliance with regulations

• Audience Creation Building dynamic sequential and multientity audiences based on customer data and behavior

• Customer Segmentation Using the RealTime CDP to segment valuable customer profiles into distinct groups

• Destination Activation Configuring and activating audiences to various destinations for personalized marketing and experiences

• Profile Management Understanding and utilizing the RealTime Customer Profile to monitor and analyse customer data

• Data Flow Management Monitoring and modifying dataflows for profiles audiences and destinations

Data Engineering

• Experience in designing and building Data Warehouse and Data lakes good knowledge of data warehouse principles and concepts

• Technical expertise working in large scale Data Warehousing applications and databases such as Oracle Netezza Teradata and SQL Server

• Experience with public cloudbased data platforms especially Snowflake and AWS

Data integration skills

• Expertise in design and development of complex data pipelines

• Solutions using any industry leading ETL tools such as SAP Business Objects Data Services BODS Informatica Cloud Data Integration Services IICS IBM Data Stage

• Experience of ELT tools such as DBT Fivetran and AWS Glue

• Expert in SQL development experience in at least one scripting language Python etc adept in tracing and resolving data integrity issues

• Strong knowledge of data architecture data design patterns modeling and cloud data solutions Snowflake AWS Redshift Google BigQuery

• Data Model Expertise in Logical and Physical Data Model using Relational or Dimensional Modelling practices high volume ETLELT processes

• Performance tuning of data pipelines and DB Objects to deliver optimal performance

• Experience in Gitlab version control and CICD processes

SDLC and Agile

• Experience working in Financial Industry is a plus
