The Automotive Parts Counterperson plays a vital role in supporting both customers and internal staff by managing parts inventory and facilitating the sales process. Working within a small team of 2-5 members, this position handles a variety of both OEM and aftermarket automotive parts. The role involves consistent daily responsibilities without significant seasonal fluctuations, ensuring smooth stock control and excellent service throughout the year.

Responsibilities

<li>Manage inventory of automotive parts, including OEM and aftermarket items</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to both external customers and internal staff</li>
<li>Identify and locate correct parts based on customer or technician needs</li>
<li>Process orders accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Replenish stock to maintain optimal inventory levels</li>
<li>Handle returns and exchanges following company policies</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<li>3+ years of experience in automotive parts sales</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management</li>
