Resident Care Assistant&nbsp;
Fairway View Senior Communities seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide quality care for our residents. 
Duties and responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers</li>
<li>Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks</li>
<li>Engage residents in social interactions and activities&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care&nbsp;</li>
<li>Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>We are looking for a compassionate individual with strong communication skills</li>
<li>This position plays a vital role in the lives of our residents and enhances the well-being of those they care for</li>
</ul>
 
Hours and Pay:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>64 hours per 2 week pay period, Day shift</li>
