We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of estimating and managing tenant improvement projects with a focus in healthcare tenant improvement and occupied remodel projects is a plus. As a Project Manager this position reports directly to senior management and possessing strong leadership and communication skills is a must. The position of Project Manager will play a critical role in Norwest’s continued growth, with the responsibility for developing project plans, scopes of work, schedules, while developing close working relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

To perform this job successfully we are searching for someone who can successfully estimate and manage multiple projects concurrently, act independently to develop plans, scope, timing, and phasing. Communicate effectively with staff and other professionals. At times, Project Managers will be asked to cooperate with the sales team to develop or close sales opportunities and attend outreach programs/efforts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Bid competitive projects – review plans and site to develop bid
\n
· Develop negotiated projects – meet with clients, dental suppliers, architect to develop scope, phasing, and timing.
\n
· Set up walk throughs, create bid list, develop supplemental aids.
\n
· Review bids and create customer estimate.
\n
· Present to GM for pre-review
\n
· Present to client
\n
· Follow permit process
\n
· Review construction drawings, sign off with client & architect
\n
· Develop schedule, communicate with client and subcontractors.
\n
· Manage communication with subcontractors, client, suppliers, etc. during construction process.
\n
· Address changes with field, client, subcontractors as needed.
\n
· Ownership of project to close the loop and follow through on all project related items.
\n
· Other duties as assigned.
