Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Beautician to provide hair care services to our residents in a warm, welcoming nursing home environment. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
Position Summary: The Beautician provides hair care services to residents including haircuts, shampoos, sets, perms, color, and basic styling services in accordance with facility policies and Nebraska state regulations.
Responsibilities:

Provide haircuts, shampoos, sets, perms, coloring, and styling services
</li>
<li>
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary salon area
</li>
<li>
Follow all infection control and safety procedures
</li>
<li>
Develop positive relationships with residents and staff
</li>
<li>
Maintain appropriate licensure and compliance with Nebraska cosmetology regulations
</li>
<li>
Manage scheduling and basic recordkeeping of services provided
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Current Nebraska Cosmetology License required
</li>
<li>
Experience working with seniors preferred
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of infection control practices
</li>
<li>
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
</li>
<li>
Ability to work independently
</li>
