Toppers Pizza is looking for driven, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Manager in Training (MIT). If you’ve got hustle, leadership potential, and a love for fast-paced environments, this is your shot to grow into a management role with a brand that does things differently.

Requirements/Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:
- Learn daily operations: food prep, customer service, and inventory
- Lead shifts and motivate team members to perform at a high level
- Deliver top-tier customer experiences and handle issues
- Help hire, train, and develop team members
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Assist with scheduling, labor control, and hitting sales goals
- Prepare the store for peak hours and set the next shift up for success

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends)
- Previous food service or leadership experience is a plus—but not required
