About the Role
Precision Home Care is looking for compassionate, dedicated caregivers to join our team in Lafayette. We are currently seeking Direct Support Workers (DSW), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide high-quality companion and personal care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Companion Care: Providing meaningful social interaction and emotional support.
- Personal Care: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including grooming, bathing, and hygiene.
- Home Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Nutritional Care: Meal planning and preparation.
- Health Management: Providing timely medication reminders.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in home care, a hospital setting, or a facility is preferred.
- Certification: Active DSW, CNA, or PCA certification (highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, reliability, and a genuine heart for helping others.
- Logistics: Must have dependable transportation to travel to client homes in the Lafayette area.
