We are currently seeking a diligent, methodical Kitchen Manager for our busy restaurant located in the heart of Midtown. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, able to implement standard processes across a broad range of functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Scheduling kitchen staff
- Controlling labor costs
- Training and development of kitchen staff
- Working closely with the General Manager to ensure a unified approach to restaurant management
