 Job Summary &nbsp;Help maintain the grounds around the property perimeter, clean gasoline/diesel pumps regularly, fix issues that may arise. Must be able to work with others. The ideal candidate is a hard worker who can work in all weather conditions, in tight spaces, and be able to be on their feet for long periods of time.&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Mow/ weed eat around perimeter</li>
<li>Spray bugs</li>
<li>Clean gasoline/ diesel pumps regularly</li>
<li>Repair issues as they arise</li>
<li>Ensure outdoor areas are protected from inclement weather</li>
<li>Assist with other projects</li>
<li>Clean up trash, cig butts, chew (etc.) around entire lot</li>
<li>Plow and salt the entire lot</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in maintenance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods</li>
<li>Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations</li>
<li>Ability to work as a team player</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check</li>
<li>Must have a valid State Drivers License</li>
