Step into a role where precision, safety, and pace set the rhythm of your day. At noon, you clock in, gear up with PPE, and begin with a meticulous equipment check. Your RF scanner signs you into the inventory system, and your reach truck takes center stage—lifting, staging, and putting away palletized goods in high-bay racking. From subzero aisles in the freezer to warmer dry storage, you navigate narrow lanes with confidence, always focused on accuracy and safety.

Monday–Friday | 12:00pm – 8:30pm

What a typical shift looks like

  • Conduct daily reach truck inspections and complete maintenance checklists before the first move.
  • Use RF scanners to verify product identification, counts, and condition updates in real time.
  • Put away palletized products into elevated rack locations with precision.
  • Retrieve pallets from racking to fulfill orders and stage for outbound shipments.
  • Load and unload products from pallets, skids, and other material handling equipment.
  • Monitor battery levels; swap and properly charge equipment at designated stations.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Pitch in with additional material handling and warehouse equipment tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent high reach forklift experience.
  • Comfort working across temperature zones: freezer environments down to -20&degree;F and dry storage up to 100&degree;F, wearing all required PPE.
  • Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
  • Reliable with basic math and inventory skills; able to follow written and verbal directions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced setting with variable noise levels.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed.
