1. Position and Location

Title: System Engineer (Non-Exempt)

Location: Your initial work location will be Ultium Cells, Warren, OH, but may be subject to change subject to change upon mutual agreement.

2. Key Responsibilities
\n

- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for automation equipment and systems
- Support installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of production line systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer personnel to ensure smooth operation
- Respond to service requests and perform necessary fieldwork as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company

3. Work Schedule
\n

- You will be scheduled to work on a rotating shift schedule, typically consisting of 12-hour shifts.
- The specific rotation may vary depending on operational needs.
- However, during your initial training period or when otherwise agreed upon in advance with the Company, your work hours and schedule may be adjusted as needed.

4. Benefits and Leave

Eligible to participate in the company's standard benefits package for full-time employees, effective 90 days after your start date. This includes:

- If you are required to work on a paid holiday due to business needs, you will receive your regular holiday pay in addition to 1.5 times your regular hourly rate for the hours worked on that day.
