Now Hiring: Resident Care Coordinator (RCC)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
About the Role:
As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position includes staff scheduling, new hire training, supervision of caregivers and medication administration, as well as direct resident care when needed. You’ll serve as a key liaison between residents, staff, and external healthcare providers to help maintain a high standard of care and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain weekly staff schedules
- Train and orient new employees
- Supervise caregivers and monitor resident care delivery
- Oversee and support medication administration and documentation processes
- Review and document communication logs, MARs, new orders, and alert charting
- Coordinate with outside agencies and medical providers regarding resident care
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of medication storage areas
- Participate in service plan reviews and update documentation as needed
- Assist residents with meals, medication administration, and direct care as needed
- Participate in after hours on call rotation every other week
Wage Range: $20.00-$21.00 / Application Deadline: 8/20/2026

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Active QMAP certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
