Key Responsibilities\n

- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a patient's well-being are addressed.
- Respond to crisis situations promptly, offering critical support and intervention during trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

- A valid Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practice in trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.
- Ability to remain composed in high-stress situations, ensuring the delivery of effective trauma care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
