Candidates should possess Strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving Abilities, Solid Work Ethic, Clean Driving Record, Dependable Transportation and Basic Knowledge of Common Hand Tools
Experienced Preferred, may be Willing to Train the Right People
Duties
- Install and repair glass in residential and commercial settings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fitting glass.
- Perform caulking and sealing of glass installations to ensure durability and weather resistance.
- Engage in fixture installation, ensuring all components are securely fitted.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site, including carpenters and painters, to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in using hand tools commonly used in the industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team on construction sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Compensation Package:

The desired goal is to eventually learn to operate and complete these task , using one of our Fleet Trucks.
The commitment to learn and continue to learn, this trade has to be there, as it is everchanging and it can take 2-3 years to get to a Glazing Technician level.
