We're seeking a Director of Information Technology in Honolulu to lead IT operations and infrastructure across multiple sites for a construction company.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all hardware, software, and network systems across sites.
- Manage IT staff and vendors for high-quality service.
- Lead cybersecurity, patching, and vulnerability management.
- Set and enforce IT policies and security standards.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security rules.
- Manage the IT budget and resources.
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Partner with business leaders on operational needs.
Must-Haves
- Ten or more years of IT management, including five in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of network, server, storage, and end-user systems.
- Experience leading IT teams and large infrastructure projects.
- Cybersecurity best practices and compliance experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in construction or field-based companies.
