Key Responsibilities\n

Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to the formulation of tailored treatment plans.

Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies that address clients' specific mental health challenges, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

A bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field. Preference may be given to candidates with a master's or doctoral degree.

A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, particularly with populations experiencing substance use issues.
