Key Responsibilities:

• Access Control & Perimeter Security: Monitor all facility entry and exit points to ensure only authorized staff, contractors, and visitors enter.
• Conflict De-escalation: Intervene in high-tension situations to defuse confrontations between striking workers, management, and non-striking employees.
• Lawful Documentation: Meticulously record incidents, picket line activity, and potential misconduct using video, photography, and written logs. This evidence is critical for legal filings or defending against false accusations.
• Asset Protection: Conduct frequent foot patrols to prevent vandalism, sabotage, or unauthorized access to sensitive equipment and machinery.
• Liaison Duties: Act as a communication bridge between site management, local law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
• Safety Monitoring: Identify and report fire hazards, safety violations, and other irregular situations that could endanger those on-site.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Licensing: A current and valid state security guard license is mandatory.
• Experience: Employers require at least 10 years of security experience. Specialized roles may require 5+ years in military, law enforcement, or prior strike security.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work extended shifts, 12 hours (11 AM–11 PM or 11 PM–11 AM).
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, professional appearance, and the ability to remain impartial and calm under intense pressure.
