This is NOT a typical front desk job.
This is a leadership pipeline role inside a fast-growing corrective chiropractic office.

We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves people, and wants to grow into leadership.

You will be the first impression, the schedule protector, and the experience leader for every patient who walks through our doors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY

• Welcome patients with energy and professionalism
• Manage scheduling and patient flow
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Answer phones and guide new patients
• Handle payments and financial conversations
• Support doctors during busy shifts
• Maintain organization of front desk systems
• Ensure every patient feels cared for

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$36,000 – $45,000 starting (based on experience)

SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday
7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
1:40 PM – 6:00 PM

Training will be in the Fort Myers location

No weekends
No late nights
