- CPM Range: Start at 65 - 80**

OTR Requirements:\n

- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum 8 months of OTR experience - including snow & ice driving in major cities experience
- No terminations in the past 12 months
- No DWIs in the past 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, & human performance evaluation
- No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
