Compensation:
$18 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to create a supportive and nurturing environment for residents.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care plans are followed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A compassionate, kind, and empathetic personality is essential, with superb organization and communication skills
- Ability to work every other weekend
- CBRF Certifications or willingness to obtain during employment
- Current CNA license- preferred but not required
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs; you may also be required to stoop, bend, reach, and transfer patients up to 250 lbs as needed
