Job Summary
Under direct supervision of the Service Coordinator, the Service Lead will be responsible for installing, servicing and troubleshooting CROFT’s natural gas processing products. Visiting client location and inspecting and evaluating processing equipment for EOC quotes. The Equipment Overhaul and Cleanout EOC division specialize in the overhauling and cleanout of the processing equipment in various locations like refinery plants, gas gathering facilities, pipelines and many more.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Service natural gas processing equipment at the wellhead, midstream or gas gathering facilities or downstream locations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues within service areas
- Maintains great rapport with customers, follow operation instructions, troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain supplies and perform preventative maintenance.
- Document service and installation actions by completing forms, report, logs and records.
- Keep vehicles and equipment clean and in safe operation with recorded maintenance logs. Complete weekly company service vehicle washes.
- Utilize internal software and technology (Outlook, Microsoft systems, tablets, smartphones, etc.)
- Ensure full compliance with company policy's and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as related to job function.
- Perform job in a safe manner, and ensure a safe workplace; including reporting unsafe work conditions and safety violations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational/Training/Experience
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; OSHA and Safety certifications preferred
License/Certification:
- Must complete safety and certification training on an annual basis and complete and successfully pass internal modules within 90 days of the introductory period of employment.
Experience:
- Experience is necessary for the areas of natural gas dehydration and/or amine plant.
- Ability to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner; multi-task and remain detailed and organized; maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Must have a valid state-issued Driver’s License as required to drive 100% on company business.
