Key Responsibilities\n

- Utilize therapeutic techniques to provide one-on-one counseling, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues.
- Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, empowering clients to build supportive networks and understand shared experiences while providing psychoeducation around recovery and coping strategies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific measurable goals, utilizing evidence-based intervention techniques that are continually evaluated for effectiveness.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments, creating safety plans, and effectively coordinating emergency referral resources.
- Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in navigating complex healthcare and community resources while ensuring their rights and needs are prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 95,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus for selected candidates.
