Key Responsibilities
- Develop IT change strategy for greenfield site implementation and plant closure.
- Coordinate stakeholders across IT, manufacturing, engineering, and business functions.
- Manage system readiness, dependencies, risks, cutover, and transition plans.
- Oversee implementation of MES, ERP, WMS, infrastructure, and shop-floor systems.
- Lead data migration, system validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Coordinate validation activities including UAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
- Ensure compliance with validation documentation, traceability, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop training materials including SOPs, job aids, and system guides.
- Lead go-live cutover and establish hypercare/support processes.
- Track stabilization metrics, system performance, and issue resolution.
- Communicate status, risks, and progress to senior leadership.
