Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments, evaluating patients’ histories to identify optimal treatment strategies.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to support individual trauma recovery and resilience, integrating evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Utilize methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide patients through their healing journeys.
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions where clients can process trauma and develop valuable coping mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated patient care.
- Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients feel safe and empowered during critical moments.
- Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses and available resources to navigate recovery.
- Maintain accurate, confidential medical documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards to ensure the integrity of patient records.

Qualifications\n

- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
- In-depth understanding of trauma-related disorders and a solid grasp of trauma-informed treatment modalities.
- Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions specifically targeting trauma-focused therapy.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and respectful approach to client interactions.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n
