Role Description The Jewelry Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Braintree, MA. In this role, the associate engages with customers on the sales floor, provides knowledgeable guidance on jewelry and related products, and supports customers in selecting items that celebrate special occasions. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering attentive customer service, explaining product features and benefits, assisting with sizing and customization, and managing transactions at the point of sale. The associate maintains store presentation standards, helps with merchandising and inventory checks, and follows company policies and procedures for security and compliance. This role also involves meeting individual and store sales goals while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive, and team-oriented environment.

- Strong Communication skills to actively listen, explain product details clearly, and build trust with diverse customers and team members.
- Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills to create positive interactions, anticipate needs, and support memorable purchase moments.
- Retail Sales skills to recommend products, handle objections, close sales, and work toward achieving sales targets in a fast-paced store environment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in retail settings.
- Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and following security guidelines.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism, with attention to detail and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory customer interactions.
- Prior retail or jewelry sales experience is helpful but not required; willingness to learn about gemstones, metals, and jewelry styles is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
