ARE YOU THE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR OUR TEAM NEEDS?
- 2+ years of previous experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
This position will work from 8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday.
We provide coaching to all of our Service Advisors to guarantee consistency and growth. You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and taking care of customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, listening to their concerns, and providing detailed information and explanations about the services we offer. Your expertise will be crucial in accurately estimating the cost of repairs and presenting recommendations to customers. By effectively selling the necessary work, you will contribute to the overall success of our business. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust with customers will be essential in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our dealership.
