Job Title: Lead Architect, ServiceNow – RMF/CAM

Qualification:

- \n
- 8+ years of relevant experience (or a master's plus 6), including 3+ years of system administration in a service desk environment
- MUST Have active Top Secret ( TS/SCI) security clearance
- Implementation and integration across ITSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM, Discovery or App Engine
- Has led TRBs and deployment management: update set reviews, release readiness and production sign-off
- Reviews Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, integrations and Flow Designer for performance and security
- Has directed architecture work such as CMDB modernization, enterprise integrations, identity management, Employee Center migrations or IRM/GRC implementations
- Manages instance security (ACLs, user and group access) and health scan remediation
- Certs (has them or will get them): CTA, CSA, CAD, CAS App Engine, plus at least two CIS from IRM/GRC, HRSD, ITSM and SecOps
- Hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC or CAM experience on federal RMF, NIST 800-37/800-53, ATO packages, control assessments, POA&M tracking and continuous monitoring are all big pluses for both
