Rehab of Kansas City South is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Day, Evening, and Night shifts. If you’re a dependable CNA who enjoys caring for residents and working as part of a supportive nursing team, we’d love to meet you!

CNA Shift Options

Day Shift: 6:20 AM – 2:30 PM
Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide hands-on care and support to our residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing compassionate daily care to residents
Making regular resident rounds and responding to resident needs
Assisting residents with activities of daily living and personal care
Taking and reporting resident information as directed
Making beds and maintaining clean, safe resident rooms
Keeping water pitchers clean, filled, and within residents’ reach
Following facility policies, nursing procedures, and safety regulations
Communicating resident needs and concerns to the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
Working as part of the nursing team to provide quality resident care

CNA Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR currently enrolled in a nursing assistant certification program
At least 6 months of CNA experience preferred, or clinical experience gained through a nursing assistant certification program
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality resident care
Ability to work effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team
