Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing tools and methodologies that adhere to best practices.

  • Develop personalized and culturally competent treatment plans based on individual assessments, addressing specific challenges and goals for each client.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Focused therapy.

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure an integrated treatment strategy and seamless care coordination for all clients.

  • Engage clients' families through educational sessions and support, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and shaping a supportive recovery environment.
  • \n

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects clients' progress and treatment activities.

Our client base is diverse, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds and age groups facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. As a remote therapist, you will work with clients through telehealth platforms, offering the flexibility needed to meet their unique needs while delivering the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid license in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or in Psychology.

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
