Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing tools and methodologies that adhere to best practices.
- Develop personalized and culturally competent treatment plans based on individual assessments, addressing specific challenges and goals for each client.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Focused therapy.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure an integrated treatment strategy and seamless care coordination for all clients.
- Engage clients' families through educational sessions and support, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and shaping a supportive recovery environment.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects clients' progress and treatment activities.

Qualifications\n
