<li>Perform basic mechanical repairs</li>
<li>Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime</li>
<li>Assist the Building Engineer with preventive maintenance assisting the engineer with filter changing smoke detector battery replacement.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals</li>
<li>Maintain accurate maintenance records and update reports</li>
<li>Comply with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental standards</li>
<li>Respond to after-hours emergency situations on site as needed or on the phone.</li>
<li>Perform Owner maintenance request and such assigned by the Engineer.</li>
</ul>
