Your Mission
- Rapidly diagnose issues across multiple forklift makes and models and implement lasting repairs.
- Own preventive care: inspections, adjustments, and component replacements that prevent failures.
- Model uncompromising safety practices on every job.
- Partner with coworkers and customers to schedule and execute work that reduces downtime.
- Capture clear, complete service documentation: parts, labor, and maintenance timelines.
Your Toolkit
- Approximately 5 years as a forklift technician or similar mobile equipment service role.
- Hands-on familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnostic grit: you enjoy troubleshooting and seeing problems through.
- Strong communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Customer-friendly presence—courteous, approachable, and professional.
Compensation & Lifestyle
- Pay Range: $36.00–$50.00 per hour DOE
- Sign-On: $2,000 bonus
- Status: Full Time
- Location: West Sacramento, California, 95691
- Balance: Home for dinner, weekends free.
