What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations
- Coach, train, and motivate team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Help hire and develop new employees
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Assist with inventory, cash handling, and restaurant performance
- Support the General Manager in driving a successful, positive workplace
What We're Looking For
- Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
