We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Aide to join our team! If you have a passion for working with young children and enjoy being part of a positive, supportive environment, we would love to meet you.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start date)
- Must meet Minnesota DHS aide requirements
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers preferred
- Patient, nurturing, and dependable
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities
- Support children with learning, play, meals, and transitions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Supervise children to ensure safety at all times
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Follow center policies and Minnesota licensing guidelines
