Job Requisition: Project Manager
Location: Washington D.C
Customer: U.S. Capitol Police
The Project Manager provides IT project management support for up to 10 projects of varying size and complexity. Responsibilities include:

Working with USCP OIS staff to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Assisting in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders.

Preparing and maintaining project documentation (e.g., plans, requirements, communications, agendas).

Identifying and tracking risks/issues to resolution.

Managing approved changes to scope, schedule, and costs.

Reporting project status to management, staff, and stakeholders.

Applying project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall) as appropriate.

Monitoring project performance using standard tools (e.g., MS Project, Teams (Planner / Planner Premium), SharePoint, ServiceNow, and/or another notable PPM Dashboard experience.

Supporting PMO activities by coordinating with groups on internal reviews and tracking completion of findings.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing IT projects of varying size and complexity, including enterprise-level initiatives.
Certifications:
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).

Agile certification (required) such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
