Job Description
We are seeking a senior attorney with 10+ years of experience and a strong background in real estate transactions, development, and finance. The ideal candidate will have experience handling acquisitions, joint ventures, construction and acquisition financing, mezzanine debt, and complex commercial agreements, while also being comfortable advising on corporate, employment, risk, and general business matters. This is a hands-on, business-facing role requiring strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work directly with senior leadership and manage outside counsel. Florida Bar admission or eligibility to obtain it is preferred.
