PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\n

\n• Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development,\n
\n
\nperformance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance\n
\n
\nobjectives for assigned department.\n
\n
\n• Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the\n
\n
\nmost effective use of resources and equipment.\n
\n
\n• Manage budget and expenditures.\n
\n
\n• Oversee emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and\n
\n
\nscheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.\n
\n
\n• Determine, monitor and measure department KPI's.\n
\n
\n• Oversee mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of\n
\n
\nproduction machines.\n
\n
\n• Responsible for all repairs and maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.\n
\n
\n• Perform other work related tasks as assigned.\n
\n
\n• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
