SIGNING BONUS: Up to $7,500
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay: $26.00 - $44.00 per hour (based on experience)

About Shapco Printing
Shapco Printing is Minnesota’s most awarded commercial printer, with over 50 years in business and a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and exceptional print work. We’re looking for a quality-focused, mechanically inclined Komori press operator to join our team and help us continue producing high-quality work for clients across the country.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain a sheetfed 8-color Komori offset press
- Ensure color accuracy, registration, and print consistency throughout the run
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Collaborate with prepress and bindery teams to meet tight deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating sheetfed offset presses - Komori preferred - but not required
- If you don’t have press experience, we’re willing to train the right person with strong mechanical skills, a good work ethic, and a commitment to learning
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
