Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAre you handy, great at problem-solving, and looking for a reliable 8-to-5 schedule? We are seeking a Sign Installer to join our team! In this role, you’ll collaborate with our sales and production teams to bring custom signage to life across a wide variety of client sites.

Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)

  • A Problem Solver: You have experience in construction (framing, roofing, carpentry, sheet metal) or a similar trade, and know how to think on your feet.
  • Comfortable with Heights: Working in aerial lifts, on ladders, or scaffolding doesn't phase you.
  • A Team Player: You bring a positive attitude, love helping your crew succeed, and take pride in a job well done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Installs: Read and understand the scope of work for each project to install signs precisely to client specifications.
  • Drive & Operate: Safely operate company vehicles, including a bucket truck (no CDL required).
  • Maintain Gear: Keep standardized tools, fasteners, and installation equipment organized and well-stocked.
  • Safety First: Strictly follow all Signarama safety protocols as well as site-specific safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Driver’s License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Tool & Trade Knowledge: Fluent in reading tape measures, using levels, and operating basic hand and power tools.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably at elevated heights.
