Job Description
The Shift Manager (SM) for Taco Bell is an hourly position that serves to assist management in routine administrative and operational tasks within the restaurant. Focal points include:
- Driving excellence in customer service
- Maintaining company standards in product and facility specifications
- Reviewing food handling procedures
- Assessing operational processes
- 30 hours week are entitled to enroll in medical, dental and 401k benefits. 32 hours a week are entitled to PTO, 36 hours a week are entitled to short term disability
- Period bonus potential up to $1.00 per hour for every hour worked
