I’m working with a growing warehouse automation business looking to hire a Software Engineer to support the development, integration and implementation of its automated storage software platform.
\n
\n
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys working across software development, integrations, troubleshooting and customer projects - particularly where software connects directly with physical automation equipment.
\n
\n
What you’ll be doing:
\n
• Developing and enhancing an existing automation software platform
\n
• Building new features and functionality
\n
• Troubleshooting and debugging software issues
\n
• Developing and supporting API integrations
\n
• Supporting customer implementations and live automation systems
\n
• Working across development, implementation, support and R&D
\n
• Integrating software with third-party systems and automation equipment
\n
\n
What we’re looking for:
\n
• 3–5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
\n
• Strong C# experience
\n
• API development and integration experience
\n
• SQL/database knowledge
\n
• Experience within warehouse automation, intralogistics, ASRS, material handling, WCS/WES or a related automation environment
\n
• Comfortable supporting software that interacts with physical automation systems
\n
• Willingness to travel for customer/project support
\n
\n
Nice to have:
\n
• Python and/or JavaScript
\n
• PLC or controls knowledge
\n
• ASRS/shuttle system experience
\n
• Customer implementation or commissioning experience
