I’m recruiting a Production Manager for a growing space technology business in the Denver, Colorado.
\n
\n
You’ll help establish a new production line, develop the team and build the processes needed to scale manufacturing.
\n
\n
This role calls for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor: working alongside engineers and technicians, solving practical problems and taking ownership of quality and delivery.
\n
\n
I’d particularly like to speak with people who have:
\n
▪️ Built, commissioned or transformed a production line.
\n
▪️ Taken hardware from development into serial production.
\n
▪️ Led teams manufacturing complex, high-reliability products.
\n
▪️ Improved manufacturing processes in a growing or changing operation.
\n
\n
Space manufacturing experience is preferred, but strong candidates from aerospace and other high-tech industries will also be considered. Cleanroom, bonding/curing and automation experience would be useful.
\n
\n
The role requires an on-site presence, initial overseas onboarding and eligibility to work with US export-controlled technology.

\n
