Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Warehouse Associate -Receiving Support
Pay: $19-$20/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Allegiance Staffing is hiring Warehouse Support Associates for a growing warehouse operation in Lititz, PA. This is a hands-on role that combines order fulfillment, quality control, receiving and inventory support. What You'll Do
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pack shipments securely to ensure products arrive safely
- Perform quality checks to verify correct items, quantities, labels, and packaging
- Enter warehouse and inventory data into Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with shipping and order fulfillment activities
- Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy reporting
- Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Receive incoming materials and inspect for damage or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of warehouse, order fulfillment and/ or shipping and receiving experience
- Experience with quality control or inventory accuracy preferred
- Forklift and pallet jack experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience with WMS, data entry and strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and communicate effectively in English
