Our Retail Supervisor works evenings, typically from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Weekday and weekend availability is required. In return, you'll earn $20.00/hour and receive amazing benefits and perks like:

OUR IDEAL RETAIL SUPERVISOR
In this role, you'll help improve our day-to-day retail operations by providing high-level training and guidance to empower your team to give their best every day and accomplish real results for the business. You'll be involved in the daily operations and behind-the-scenes leadership functions that keep workdays running smoothly. This includes scheduling employees, onboarding new hires, and evaluating the performance of sales staff and range safety officers. You'll deliver 1:1 coaching and training to strengthen weak areas, and discipline employees if necessary. Leading by example, you'll enhance our team's sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer service skills!
General Requirements:
- Talent for motivating staff and ensuring individual accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to make sound operational decisions
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs and retail operational systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a field like business
- Retail leadership experience
- Experience in a customer service or retail sales position
