You'll be responsible for:

- Leading daily warehouse operations
- Driving safety, productivity, and quality
- Using WMS data to improve performance
- Developing and coaching warehouse associates
- Partnering with leadership on staffing and operational planning

We're looking for someone with:
\n
✔ 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience
\n
✔ WMS experience in a distribution environment
\n
✔ Strong communication and coaching skills
\n
✔ A continuous improvement mindset
