Sodexo Live! is seeking polished, guest-focused, and service-driven Dining Room Attendants to join our team at the Alaska Airlines Lounge at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
As a Dining Room Attendant, you will serve as a hospitality ambassador, helping create a welcoming and memorable experience for travelers in a premium lounge environment. Your Impact:As a Dining Room Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering an elevated guest experience by:

• Creating a welcoming and hospitable environment for lounge guests.
• Ensuring dining areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Supporting culinary and service teams to maintain seamless lounge operations.
• Providing prompt, professional, and courteous service to guests.
• Contributing to a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting and maintaining dining areas, including tables, service stations, and buffet presentations.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
• Pour water, refresh beverages, and assist guests with dining needs as appropriate.
• Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a polished and welcoming environment.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, flatware, and service items and transport them to designated cleaning areas.
• Monitor dining room cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service periods.
• Support servers, culinary staff, and lounge attendants to ensure smooth operations.
• Restock service stations, dining supplies, and guest amenities as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing Sodexo Live! and Alaska Airlines.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and maintain reliable attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational and business needs.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Two (2) years of related experience in hospitality, food service, catering, airline lounges, hotels, restaurants, or similar guest-service environments preferred.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying service items.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements associated with dining room service.

Requirements:

• Must successfully pass a TSA background screening and drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays, strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain airport security credentials as required.
