We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable person to join our growing State Farm agency as our Director of First Impressions. You’ll often be the first person our customers speak with, so your ability to make people feel welcome, heard, and taken care of matters.

No insurance experience is required. We’re looking more for personality, potential, work ethic, and coachability than a perfect résumé. This role starts at the front of our office, but for the right person, it can become much more. We love helping team members discover strengths they may not even realize they have and providing opportunities to grow within our agency.
\n
Success in this position means providing an excellent customer experience, staying organized in a busy environment, being someone your teammates can count on, and continually learning and taking on new responsibilities.
Responsibilities\n

- Create a warm, professional first impression for customers and visitors
- Answer incoming calls and help direct customers to the appropriate team member
- Respond to emails, messages, and general customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
- Help customers with routine service needs and follow-up
- Maintain an organized and efficient front-office environment
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and assist with office organization
- Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects
- Learn our systems, products, and processes through hands-on training
- Obtain an insurance license with our support and training
- Identify opportunities to better serve customers and connect them with licensed team members
- Take on additional responsibilities as skills, confidence, and insurance knowledge develop

Qualifications\n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative, or office experience is helpful, but not required
- Willingness to obtain the appropriate insurance license with agency support and training
