This is a commission-based, sales-technician role — the same pay structure used by leading residential service companies. You'll run calls, diagnose the issue, and offer the customer options during a free onsite inspection; your pay is a percentage of the completed job. There's no hourly cap on what a strong technician can earn, but this is not an hourly-wage role — apprentices and helpers are paid hourly, licensed techs are paid on commission.

Core Responsibilities
- Expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex residential plumbing systems (e.g., drain cleaning, re-piping, sewer, and water heaters).
- Perform residential installations and appliance hookups, ensuring compliance with UPC and local codes.
- Serve as a trusted consultant: Offer ethical, honest recommendations for system upgrades and earn commission on service sales.
Required Qualifications
- Licensing (Required): WA Residential Specialty Plumber (PL02) License OR 2nd/3rd Year Plumber Apprentice.
- Experience (Preferred): Minimum 3 years of hands-on, verifiable residential plumbing service experience.
- Driving: Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean record.
