Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OT) for full-time onsite opportunities supporting school districts in the Denver, Colorado area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Caseload: K-12 students (varies by assignment)
Pay Rate: $40–$55 per hour depending on experience
Contract Dates: August 6, 2026 – May 26, 2027
Employment Type: W-2
Requirements:
Active Colorado OT License required
Active Colorado DOE Certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student therapy needs
Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals aligned with IEPs
Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, adaptive functioning, and classroom accessibility
Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development and progress tracking
