Work may be based in Minneapolis with activity across nearby communities such as Vadnais Heights, Chaska, Coon Rapids, and Hugo.
A Day in the Life
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan and execute each job.
- Monitor operations, making necessary offsets and adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Maintain a neat, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Partner with teammates to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement.
- Accurately document production data and maintain records.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred.
- Proven CNC Machinist experience with strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Ability to read and apply technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Familiarity with a range of CNC machines and tooling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
